Michael D. Rubin Jr. is the founder and managing director of Gratia Equity Partners. He brings a disciplined, transaction-focused approach to M&A advisory, combining deep financial expertise with a genuine commitment to the clients he serves.

His background spans corporate finance, private equity evaluation, and business development — giving him a unique perspective on both sides of the transaction table. Michael founded Gratia Equity Partners to offer the lower middle market the quality of advisory typically reserved for much larger companies.

Michael is based in Frisco, Texas and serves clients across the state and nationwide.
